At Pocono Santa Encounter, we believe portraying Santa Claus is more than a costume — it’s a calling. Led by professional Claus Portrayal Artist Francis “Frank” DenDulk, our work is rooted in authenticity, tradition, and deep respect for the spirit of Christmas. Frank embodies Santa Claas not just in name — but in legacy, heart, and purpose. With over thirty years of experience and twelve generations of family heritage behind the name “Claas,” he brings history, character, and joy to life.

A real beard, a real belly, and real jolly — Frank is no hobbyist. His portrayal is grounded in research, precision, and a genuine understanding of the cultural and spiritual weight that Santa holds. He believes that while there’s room for casual Santas, families deserve more than a costume and a beard. They deserve a Santa who lives the role with care, integrity, and professionalism.

Joining him is his wife, Christine Chringle “Claas“, who brings warmth, fluency in both English and Ukrainian, and a calming presence that helps even the shyest children feel welcome. Together, they create a seamless, magical experience rooted in storytelling, connection, and joy.
